Noot = Nut

Noot (de; noun; m; plural: noten):

Nut: A hard-shelled fruit containing a seed that is often edible. Nuts are commonly used in cooking, baking, and as a nutritious snack.

Perfect = Perfect

Perfect (adjective):

Perfect: Describing something that is without flaws or faults, completely meeting the highest standard of quality or excellence.

Snack = Snack

Snack (de; noun; v; plural: snacks):

Snack: A small portion of food consumed between meals, often chosen for its convenience or as a quick, enjoyable option.

Vriendelijk = Friendly

Vriendelijk (adjective):

Friendly: Having a pleasant and kind disposition towards others; showing warmth and goodwill in interactions.

Medewerker = Employee

Medewerker (de; noun; m/f; plural: medewerkers):

Employee: A person who works for an organization or business, contributing to its operations and activities.

Hallo = Hello

Hallo (interjection):

Hello: A common and friendly greeting used to attract someone's attention or initiate a conversation.

Goedemiddag = Good afternoon

Goedemiddag (interjection):

Good afternoon: A polite greeting used during the afternoon hours as a respectful acknowledgment of the time of day.

Dankjewel = Thank you

Dankjewel (interjection):

Thank you: An expression of gratitude or appreciation, often used in response to a kind gesture or assistance.

 

Lekker = -No direct translation- (Delicious/ Good/ Nice/ Hot)

Lekker (adjective/adverb):

  1. Pleasant in taste, smell, feelings, weather and more
  2. A person who is 'lekker' is a hot person.
  3. Not healthy: not feeling 'lekker' = to not feel well

etc. 

! Pro-tip:

Lekker does not have  a direct translation, there are even more uses that described above but these are the most common uses.

Morgen = Tomorrow

Morgen (de; noun; o):

Tomorrow: The day following the present one; the future day that comes after today.
